About
I'm Anthony Latham. I've spent 15+ years in the MSP industry building enterprise tooling and software. My work sits at the intersection of managed services operations and modern software engineering — quoting systems, automation platforms, API integrations, and increasingly, AI agent systems that do real work in production.
I'm not an AI researcher or a prompt engineer. I'm a builder. I work with Claude, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to ship agent systems that handle enterprise workloads — evaluation frameworks, vector databases, structured outputs, and the unglamorous production engineering that makes it all reliable.
My stack is TypeScript, React, and Supabase. I write about what I learn — the wins, the failures, and the patterns that emerge when you're solving real problems instead of building demos.
